Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, understanding their technology needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular technology reviews and organize client engagement events (e.g., luncheons, webinars) to foster business growth and recommend improvements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client bases.
  • Develop and present IT plans and solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Provide guidance on technology investments, budgeting, sales processes, and support for the senior VCIO.
  • Prepare and analyze IT reports for proactive communication of initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy of client contracts, invoices, and details; negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Maintain regular client communication through touch-base calls, quarterly visits, CX mailings, and social media engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, MSP services, and the ability to develop strategic IT solutions.
  • Proven track record in building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Efficient management of multiple clients and projects.
  • Collaborative team player with a forward-thinking mindset, emphasizing optimization, AI integration, and modern helpdesk solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience with Autotask/Datto PSA, ConnectWise Sell/Quosal preferred.
