About the position

The Technical Account Manager at NBC Universal is a strategic partner responsible for managing and growing partnerships with advertisers. This role is integral to the Ad Sales team, focusing on supporting the full sales cycle for programmatic campaigns, ensuring campaign success, and enhancing client relationships. The position emphasizes operational excellence and collaboration with various internal teams to deliver a best-in-class partnership experience for advertising clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow partnerships with advertisers to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Support the full sales cycle for programmatic campaigns, from proposals to execution.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through routine communication and industry engagement.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for upselling products and services to clients.
  • Deliver a high standard of operational excellence in executing performance-driven campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day client deliverables across the campaign lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot technical or creative issues related to client campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
  • Analyze data to understand trends and communicate insights effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or client services, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
