The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Moloco plays a pivotal role in ensuring that new SDK partners are onboarded efficiently and effectively. This position is crucial for addressing any potential bugs or technical issues that may arise during the SDK integration process. As SDK partners are integral to enhancing the performance of Moloco's advertisers, the TAM's contributions directly impact revenue generation for both the business and its publisher partners utilizing the SDK. In this role, the TAM will work closely with the Supply team to facilitate the onboarding of new SDK partners. The TAM will collaborate with the SDK sales lead and serve as the primary point of contact for all technical matters involving the partner's technical and monetization teams. Responsibilities include ensuring a smooth SDK integration process, providing guidance on technical risks during SDK testing, managing a diverse range of technical issues across multiple client engagements, and working directly with the SDK development team to resolve issues. The TAM will also proactively identify and address technical bottlenecks and collaborate with the SDK Sales team to demonstrate value during the pre-sales process. To succeed in this role, candidates should have experience in a client-facing technical position, a general understanding of the ad tech landscape, and preferably previous experience with SDK integrations in mobile applications. The ability to troubleshoot technical issues, understand coding concepts, and communicate complex technical information to a broad audience is essential. Strong time management skills, a desire to help others, and a curious mindset are also important attributes for this position.
