About the position

Senior PsychCare Health (SPC Health) is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Marketing Team in Houston, TX. This role is pivotal in supporting our digital presence and ensuring the effective implementation of our marketing strategies across various platforms. The Technical Account Manager will act as a bridge between our external sales team and internal staff, maintaining relationships with current contracts and pursuing additional services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, website functionality, and digital metrics, and will be responsible for managing job-relevant marketing software and digital systems in collaboration with our IT department. In this position, you will oversee the functionality of our website and ensure content consistency across all SPC Health's online engagement platforms. You will assist in the planning, ideation, creation, and publishing of content to our social media accounts, including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Additionally, you will plan and execute digital and direct response marketing campaigns, analyze and track reporting models in digital marketing, and generate monthly reports on all campaigns. Your role will also involve generating and syncing digital directory listings on various internet platforms, enforcing brand standards, and crafting Search Engine Optimization (SEO) content for use on external websites and digital marketing advertisements. The Technical Account Manager will need to stay updated with online marketing trends and support department-based goals to contribute to the overall success of the practice. This position requires a proactive individual who can create design concepts and make recommendations for marketing materials and promotional items, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the practice's standards and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the critical bridge between the external sales team and internal staff.
  • Maintain relationships with current contracts and pursue additional services.
  • Assist in the planning, ideation, creation, and publishing of content to SPC Health's social media accounts.
  • Plan and execute digital and direct response marketing campaigns on social media, banner ads, and email marketing.
  • Analyze and track reporting models in digital marketing and generate monthly reports on all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and IT Departments to advance projects and maintain a positive image of the practice.
  • Generate and sync digital directory listings on various internet platforms such as Google My Business, YELP, Healthgrades, etc.
  • Enforce brand standards and create customized digital ads that conform to the practice's standards.
  • Assist with content management and maintenance.
  • Craft Search Engine Optimization (SEO) content for use on external websites and digital marketing advertisements.
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
  • Support department-based goals to contribute to the success of the practice.
  • Create design concepts and make recommendations for marketing materials and promotional items.

Requirements

  • 2 years of working experience as an account manager or similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in social media, marketing, communications or related field.
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and create unique social content.
  • Experience working in Photoshop or other photo-editing software.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools like GoDaddy, Hoot Suite, etc.
  • Proficient with Visio, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and WordPress.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ZOHO CRM is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure and tight deadlines.
