About the position

Mission Secure is a leader in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure and industrial control systems. We provide cutting-edge technology and expert services to protect critical assets from cyber threats. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Mission Secure, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and support of our OT cybersecurity platform. This hybrid role will spend approximately 50% of your time on-site at our customer's location and 50% working remotely. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our customer, helping them to maximize the value they gain from our platform and building a strong customer relationship by serving as a trusted advisor and expert technical resource.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between Mission Secure and the customer, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Develop expert knowledge of the Mission Secure OT cybersecurity platform and ensure optimal configuration and operation of the customer's platform implementation.
  • Provide technical support and consultation, assisting the customer with troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of our products.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within Mission Secure, providing feedback to the product and development teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use our solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, issues, and recommendations, and document all interactions with clients in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical account management, systems engineering, or a similar role within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, industrial control systems, and critical infrastructure protection.
  • Experience with scripting languages, application development (python, .NET), databases, and analytical tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on-site approximately 50% at the customer location in the northern Atlanta suburbs.
