We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Mission Secure, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and support of our OT cybersecurity platform. This hybrid role will spend approximately 50% of your time on-site at our customer's location and 50% working remotely. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our customer, helping them to maximize the value they gain from our platform and building a strong customer relationship by serving as a trusted advisor and expert technical resource.
