About the position

As a Technical Account Manager at Skai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients maximize their use of our industry-leading Agile Marketing technology. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and client service acumen, making it essential for you to become an expert in Skai's core products and partner integrations. You will serve as the primary technical lead for a portfolio of accounts, guiding clients through the integration process and maintaining configuration to ensure optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include project management of integrations, working closely with Client Services to manage client expectations, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and exceed client expectations. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for conducting discovery sessions, quality assurance, and technical writing. You will need to effectively communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences, ensuring that both technical and non-technical stakeholders understand the projects at hand. Collaboration with other members of the Technical Services team will be crucial for achieving team-wide successes and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and concise manner will be key to positioning clients for success and fostering strong relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and has a strong desire to grow their technical skills. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and the overall success of Skai's platform.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Skai's core products and partner integrations
  • Serve as the go-to technical lead for your portfolio of accounts
  • Position clients for success by project managing integrations and configuration maintenance
  • Work closely with Client Services to manage client expectations and deadlines
  • Own discovery, QA, and technical writing
  • Complete projects on time with better-than-expected results
  • Explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Coordinate with other Technical Services team members for team-wide wins

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years client-facing experience in digital marketing (ideally including paid search, ad ops, or another technical/trafficking role)
  • A firm understanding of digital marketing best practices and the ad tech landscape
  • Experience helping non-technical audiences understand technical projects or topics
  • Hands-on familiarity with web technologies and tracking standards e.g. java scripts, HTML, cookies, databases, APIs etc.
  • A burning desire to grow your technical skills and solve new problems for clients
  • An ethical, results-oriented, entrepreneurial outlook
  • BA/BS or equivalent
