Join Tyler Technologies in a pivotal role that bridges technology and customer success for a groundbreaking project with the California Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR). As the Technical Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming outdoor recreation technology across 281 state parks, working alongside executive leadership to drive innovation and operational excellence. This role is based in Sacramento with flexibility for remote work, but regular travel to California will be required, especially during the first 24 months of the project. In this position, you will spearhead post-implementation operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to integrate cutting-edge solutions in park operations, software, and hardware. Additionally, you will develop and maintain operational frameworks, KPIs, and SLAs to drive service quality and contract compliance. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level government leaders, you will translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value, leading proactive initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth for DPR.
