About the position

The position is responsible for managing the daily activities of individuals supporting the Advertising Sales force, focusing on pre- and post-sales operations including traffic, planning, and inventory management. The role involves maximizing programmatic monetization through effective partner relationship management and operational analysis to ensure adherence to standards and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Plans daily activities and assigns tasks according to policies and procedures.
  • Establishes and supports technical integrations of supply and demand partners, including VAST and oRTB technologies.
  • Maintains partner relationships through effective communication and data analysis.
  • Works closely with advertising sales teams to track schedules for initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitors adherence to the master advertising production schedule.
  • Monitors inventory and recommends strategies for optimal use.
  • Coordinates ad packages, sponsorships, and options with Ad Sales and other departments.
  • Creates work performance standards and resolves operational questions.
  • Implements operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in advertising or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Ad Operations, Programmatic Advertising, and Advertising Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with customer experience (CX) strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in advertising.
