As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in owning the post-sales technical strategy and ensuring alignment with our customers. This involves managing the end-to-end integration process, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support. You will conduct technical assessments of partner capabilities, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide technical guidance throughout the integration process. Your role will also include proactively monitoring integration performance to optimize revenue and operational efficiency, as well as developing and maintaining documentation and training materials to support both internal teams and external partners. In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to key customers, understanding their technical requirements and scoping solutions that align our products and services to meet their needs. Clear communication of complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders will be essential. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
