As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in owning the post-sales technical strategy and ensuring alignment with our customers. This involves managing the end-to-end integration process, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support. You will conduct technical assessments of partner capabilities, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide technical guidance throughout the integration process. Your role will also include proactively monitoring integration performance to optimize revenue and operational efficiency, as well as developing and maintaining documentation and training materials to support both internal teams and external partners. In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to key customers, understanding their technical requirements and scoping solutions that align our products and services to meet their needs. Clear communication of complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders will be essential. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services, ultimately contributing to the overall success of adMarketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sales technical strategy and alignment with customers, ensuring mutual roadmaps are understood and communicated.
  • Manage the end-to-end integration process, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support.
  • Conduct technical assessments of partner capabilities and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to partners throughout the integration process, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactively monitor integration performance and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to support internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, understanding their technical requirements and scoping technical solutions that align our products/services to meet their needs.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical account management, integration consulting, or a similar role in the digital advertising industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.
  • Proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML, and data analysis.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, databases, system infrastructures, and architecture.
  • Previous experience working with publishers and publisher ad servers.
  • Strong technical proficiency with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs), ad tech protocols (OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID), and data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Strong communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and possesses strong troubleshooting skills to guide customers through complex or escalated issues.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
