About The Position

The Junior Technical Account Manager - Client Delivery role focuses on managing data projects within a client-facing environment. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge and program management skills, with an emphasis on delivering data engineering, data warehousing, and Business Intelligence reporting projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical roles and will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in the data space.
• Solid experience managing Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence Reporting projects.
• Experience with Scrum, Project Management, Program Management, and Agile Methodology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Experience managing challenging project scenarios and client communications.
• Understanding of the Life Insurance industry is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience owning a particular program or project and being accountable for its delivery.
• Ability to understand critical players within the client space and respond accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Manage data projects including data engineering, data warehousing, and Business Intelligence reporting.
• Accountable for project delivery and client engagement.
• Communicate effectively with clients to build transparent relationships.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within client accounts.
• Determine team capacity and utilization for project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Oversee contract financials and budgets related to projects.

• Base salary of $85K - $100K with a 30% incentive package.
• Flexible work schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
