About The Position

The Technical Engineer III - DevOps role at CTG involves collaborating with technology management and engineering teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet the organization's needs. Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in systems design, management, and/or architecture.
• Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, and automation tools.
• Experience with Azure, infrastructure management, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong scripting and documentation skills in a DevOps context.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Financial Services industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in banking.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the design, development, and execution of technical solutions.
• Conduct infrastructure review, implementation, and design.
• Create support and architectural documentation, standards, and policies.
• Interact with business partners to clarify problems and elicit business requirements.
• Coordinate vendor interactions and resources as needed.
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers and technicians.
• Expand knowledge of Financial Services trends and technologies.
• Promote the use of industry best practices and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of Bank applications and vendor technologies.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and escalate issues as necessary.
• Support technical initiatives and ensure best practices are followed.
