Technical Engineering Project Manager

About the position

In your new role you will be an effective leader who adeptly balances electrical engineering expertise with exceptional communication and organizational skills. You will ensure projects involving complex circuitry and semiconductor technology are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a collaborative team environment. You will work closely with business lines to thoroughly understand and translate technical requirements related to wafer fabrication engineering transfer projects, including MOS transistor behavior and integrated circuit design, into actionable project plans aligning project goals with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• BS or MS Electrical Engineering degree.
• Wafer fabrication engineering experience.
• Project management certification, or willingness to complete Infineon-sponsored course.

Nice-to-haves

• Backend assembly experience.
