As the Technical Product Owner - DTC, you will lead the development and optimization of MAG's consumer-facing Direct to Consumer (DTC) websites using Shopify Plus, as well as other marketplace channels like Amazon and Walmart. This role aims to translate business objectives into actionable backlogs, ensure agile development practices, and drive continuous improvement in the DTC channels. In this position, you will lead the development needs for MAG's DTC websites and marketplace channels. You will oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring optimal performance of website components. Your role will involve enhancing the customer journey and user experience through continuous improvements based on customer feedback. You will be responsible for translating business vision into a tangible backlog, prioritizing effectively, and aligning business priorities with Digital PO counterparts. Additionally, you will represent the technical team in strategic meetings and reviews, driving continuous improvement in team velocity and performance metrics.
