About the position

Our Information Security team is seeking an early-career Technical Program Manager to coordinate and implement information security projects. Responsibilities

• Improve and automate processes for the technical program management team.
• Lead smaller-scale security initiatives across various teams.
• Develop and present key metrics in accessible formats to measure the success of strategic programs and initiatives.
• Author clear functional specifications for critical projects to facilitate effective technical discussions among stakeholders.
• Gain deep understanding of the relevant systems, including their limitations, scalability, constraints, and architectural rationale.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a software developer or QA engineer in a sizable engineering team.
• Basic understanding and experience in technical program management.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize team backlogs.
• Excellent skills in delivering clear, concise, transparent, and insightful status updates to team members, executives, and diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled in resolving project conflicts and establishing effective resolution paths.
• Working knowledge of Python, Java, Shell scripting, and awareness of emerging AI technologies.
• Working knowledge of tools like JIRA (or similar bug tracking software) and Tableau (or comparable data visualization tools).
