Requirements

Responsibilities

• Understand the scope of technical programs as defined by product and business requirements.
• Participate in planning program milestones and drive alignment to these milestones.
• Identify and obtain participation from required cross-functional core team members.
• Oversee the team in planning, tracking, and executing project plans from start to completion.
• Create program plans and records, scheduling all work required to fulfill program scope.
• Assist in developing key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Recommend changes to improve engineering processes and alleviate inaccuracies.
• Support budget and resource forecasting exercises.
• Identify and analyze risks and issues, providing resolutions to complex problems.
• Track and manage the program schedule and task details in the technical program plan.
• Communicate updates on major milestones and keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
• Monitor and ensure quality of program deliverables.
• Develop and monitor deployment schedules, strategies, and tools for implementation.
• Deliver on commitments while demonstrating integrity and respect for all teammates.
