About the position

Join Resideo's Software Program Management group as a Technical Program Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of critical programs. In this role, you will collaborate with world-class engineers and leaders to define program schedules, align milestones with strategic objectives, and ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions in the IoT, SaaS, and platform domains. You will oversee performance metrics, streamline processes, and actively contribute to business-critical initiatives that support Resideo's technology roadmap. This position requires creative problem-solving to anticipate challenges in program execution, identify bottlenecks, and work collaboratively with teams to implement effective mitigations. You will lead the development and maintenance of a robust program management framework while driving operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. By leveraging global best practices, you will contribute to the continuous evolution of Resideo's products, technologies, and management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee release activities from planning through execution and delivery.
• Create and analyze project estimates to support accurate planning.
• Develop cost projections and conduct comprehensive budget analyses.
• Design, track, and report on key performance metrics to monitor progress and success.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, providing regular status updates.
• Ensure project performance aligns with budget, schedule, scope, and quality objectives.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to coordinate and drive progress across end-to-end projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program Management experience leading multi-team software development programs, with embedded/IoT Program Management experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with a focus on empowering teams and ensuring clear visibility into progress, milestones, and risks.

• The typical base salary for this role, ranges from $118,260-205,740 USD per year but varies by specific work location.
