We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Prime Contract with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. In this role, you will serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order or a group of task orders affecting the same system. You will assist the Program Manager in collaborating with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s), ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner and within budget. Your responsibilities will include the creation and submission of contract deliverable documentation and reports to the customer, including monthly Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and In-Progress Review (IPR) briefings. You will manage and oversee a team of 12 personnel, handling tasks, projects, installations, and customer/stakeholder engagements on a day-to-day basis. After-hours support may be required to coordinate and guide team members in resolving unscheduled outages and engineering efforts. Additionally, you will provide a high-level overview, coordination, and validation of ongoing engineering Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) efforts, which include AV integration and life-cycle scheduling of conference rooms, as well as the integration and upgrades of VTC systems and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for creating and reviewing technical documentation such as Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Furthermore, you will conduct system analysis and make recommendations regarding new AV/VTC technologies to the customer.
