About the position

The Technical Project Manager - Workday HR will lead critical projects related to Workday HR, focusing on implementations, optimizations, and data enhancements. This role requires a hands-on approach to project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex Workday HR projects on time and within budget
• Act as a hands-on project manager, collaborating with development teams, business groups, and IT Division for resource alignment
• Oversee API integrations and facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring seamless project execution
• Partner with vendors and external teams, managing contracts and interdependencies
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and define metrics to track progress
• Promote project management best practices and support training initiatives

Requirements

• 8+ years in HRIS implementation, preferably with Workday HCM expertise
• Proficiency in Scaled Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing projects involving external team coordination
• Workday Certification and experience in middleware platforms preferred
• Relevant certifications: Agile Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMP
