About the position

As a Project Manager at Regal Rexnord, you will play a crucial role in steering complex projects from conception to completion. Your strategic vision will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that each project milestone is met with precision and excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, managing resources, and maintaining client relations, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals for both simple and complex projects.
• Cultivate a dynamic team environment, providing mentorship and support to project members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering regular updates and nurturing relationships built on transparency and trust.
• Efficiently allocate resources to ensure projects are delivered within budget and timelines.
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impacts on project delivery.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
• Contribute to the refinement of project management processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Support project report outs through presentations and effective project management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of project management experience with a university degree or an advanced degree and progressive experience.
• Background in food and beverage or automation space ideally with an engineering foundation.
• Proven experience leading both internal and external projects with some field experience.
• Familiarity with conveyors, material handling systems, palletizers, depalletizers, logistics is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
