Zeno is seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to support the mission-oriented efforts of developing and bringing to market Radioisotope Power Systems (RPS) technologies. In this role you will initiate project management framework and architecture for Zeno's first-of-a-kind RPS projects, coordinate multi-year schedule and cost inputs from Zeno stakeholders, including government agencies, the U.S. Department of Energy, National Labs, and contractors. You will ensure sound project management methodology is applied for control of the projects by implementing and enforcing baseline schedule and costs. Additionally, you will manage, evaluate and make recommendations to the VP of Engineering for proposed schedule and cost baseline change control requests, and be responsible for monitoring and ensuring Zeno's, contractors' and National Labs' performance meets the baseline schedule and cost requirements. You will also support procurement activities such as procurement document development, acquisition, execution, and contract close out, provide high-level technical input and recommendations from a project management perspective on key hardware design decisions, and assist with the development and refinement of Zeno project management best practices, policies and procedures.
