About the position

The Technical Recruiter will join Hinge Health's talent acquisition team on a 6-month contract, focusing on recruiting for complex R&D roles. This position requires a proven track record in placing candidates in specialized technical positions, particularly in mobile development and software engineering, to support the company's mission in healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit top R&D talent for specialized roles such as React Native developers and Bluetooth/embedded systems engineers.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Partner with R&D leadership to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
  • Create compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect technical requirements while highlighting the company's mission.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical recruitment experience.
  • 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated success in filling positions requiring niche technical skills (React Native, Bluetooth, embedded systems, mobile development).
  • Experience and commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.

Benefits
