About the position

The Technical Recruiter role at Shield AI is a contract-to-hire position focused on identifying and attracting exceptional candidates who align with the company's mission and values. The recruiter will manage the entire candidate process, ensuring a positive experience for all involved, while leveraging analytics to enhance the hiring process. This position requires collaboration with various teams to understand hiring needs and implement inclusive recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business, engineering, and leadership to understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations.
  • Support recruiting events and build strategies to hire exceptional talent.
  • Ensure a phenomenal experience for all candidates involved in the recruiting process.
  • Implement highly inclusive recruiting practices that meet diversity goals.
  • Track pipeline data and provide relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
  • Manage the entire candidate process from generating a pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally.
  • Demonstrated success in disciplined execution and detail-oriented work.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in technical recruiting, particularly in AI or Robotics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lever ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with AI sourcing tools.
  • Experience in a startup environment with adaptability to change.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience for software and hardware roles.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $96,000 - $145,000 per year.
