About the position

The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in the People Experience Division, focusing on sourcing and guiding exceptional candidates through the hiring process. This position emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to enhance the recruitment experience and meet the company's diversity goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, engineering, and leadership to understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, supporting events, and building strategies to hire amazing people.
• Ensure a phenomenal experience for everyone involved in recruiting, especially candidates.
• Ensure highly inclusive recruiting practices that meet diversity goals.
• Track pipeline data and provide relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
• Manage the entire candidate process from generating a pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally.
• Demonstrated success in disciplined execution; detail-oriented and patient.
• Passionate about Shield AI's mission and values; able to discuss the product confidently.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Technical recruiting experience, particularly in an AI or Robotics space.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), especially Lever ATS.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI sourcing tools.
• Experience in a startup environment with proven adaptability.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience for software and hardware roles.
