About the position

As a Technical Recruiter at Verkada, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and closing talented professionals for the Technical Support Engineering team. This position involves a combination of University and Industry Recruiting to build a strong candidate pipeline across multiple locations, including San Mateo, London, and Sydney. You will be instrumental in connecting candidates with the company and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source passive talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver offers, and close top candidates
• Develop close relationships with the Technical Support Engineering team and its leaders
• Organize and host on-campus University Recruiting events at multiple schools
• Partner with teammates to make improvements to our hiring processes as we continue to scale

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 1+ year of successful full-cycle technical recruiting
• Consistently able to generate a well-targeted and high-quality candidate pipeline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on timely and transparent communication
• Adept at managing competing priorities and navigating a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability and interest to travel as part of our University Recruiting efforts
