• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with company policies
• Build relationships with current, new, and potential clients
• Demonstrate phone and email etiquette
• Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
• Negotiate compensation with candidates

Requirements

• Recruiting experience or prior sales experience preferred
• Post jobs, source, screen, and interview candidates
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
• Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
