Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates will be crucial, as you will guide them through the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably with full desk experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Passion for recruiting and staying updated on industry trends.
