About the position

The Technical Recruiter at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. is responsible for leading recruitment efforts within the IT Staffing division. This role involves identifying business opportunities, sourcing and interviewing top tech talent, and matching candidates to client needs. The recruiter will build lasting relationships with candidates and clients while working in a hybrid model from various office locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and candidate requirements.
• Keep a steady stream of potential candidates flowing.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for various tech positions.
• Manage candidate testing, tracking, and reference checks.
• Guide candidates through salary negotiations and offer processes.
• Maintain and organize candidate data in our applicant database.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a technical recruiter, preferably within the IT Staffing industry
• Minimum 2 years' experience sourcing candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Permanent US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.
