About the position

The Technical Revenue Operations Analyst at Adobe plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of contract and order booking activities within the Digital Experience and Digital Media sectors. This position focuses on enabling the Order Management team by providing solutions to issues, delivering training on new processes, and maintaining high-level communication regarding order status and deal reviews. The Analyst will work closely with various internal partners to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Gain and retain in-depth understanding of Adobe tools and systems to support Revenue Operations groups.
  • Understand Adobe's Project Management process and assist with new project/process roll-out.
  • Review daily queries and system issues, resolving them with internal teams and keeping affected teams informed.
  • Perform oversight to Order Management on error handling processes from an audit perspective.
  • Develop and drive new process changes to improve efficiency and customer happiness.
  • Work directly with internal partners and customers to resolve queries and open issues related to the OM process.
  • Support increased workload and additional hours during month/quarter end and project launches.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management related tools, such as JIRA, Workfront, or Roadmunk.
  • SAP experience required.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of S/4 HANA is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, SharePoint, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • Fluent business English to a high standard.
  • Problem solver with a focus on improving existing workflows and business processes.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team dynamic and work independently.
  • Professional manner with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize feature work and set expectations.
  • Flexibility to take on additional tasks as they arise.

  • Educated to third level business qualification (not required but beneficial).

  • Competitive salary range of $73,900 -- $166,200 annually based on location and experience.
  • Short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
