About the position

At Trane Technologies, we are committed to creating innovative climate solutions that challenge the status quo and promote sustainability. Our Graduate Training Program (GTP) is designed for recent graduates who are eager to embark on a career in technical sales within the HVAC industry. This 5-month program is recognized as one of the most comprehensive training programs in the industry, providing participants with intensive training in technical skills, business acumen, sales engineering, and leadership development. Participants will begin their journey at a predetermined office location before the training commences, which typically starts in January or July. As a participant in the GTP, you will become a technical expert for our valued commercial customers, helping them solve their challenges and sell Trane Technologies' climate solutions products. This role is crucial in achieving our mission of creating a more sustainable world.
