Our Graduate Training Program (GTP) is designed to develop future leaders, and we are currently seeking recent graduates who are eager to participate in our 5-month, best-in-class Technical Sales program. This program, recognized as the industry's most comprehensive training initiative since its inception in 1926, provides intensive training in technical skills, business acumen, sales engineering, and leadership development. As a participant in the GTP, you will begin your onboarding with your team at a predetermined office location before the training program commences in either January or July. The ideal candidates for this opportunity will be enthusiastic about becoming technical experts for our valued commercial customers, building and maintaining relationships through problem-solving, and selling Trane Technologies' climate solutions products to contribute to a more sustainable world. After successfully completing the GTP, you will transition into the role of Associate Account Manager, specializing in Systems, Services, or Controls, where you will have the opportunity to sell our comprehensive line of HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the Graduate Training Program (GTP) successfully.
  • Assume the responsibilities of an Associate Account Manager specializing in Systems, Services, or Controls.
  • Sell efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for customer buildings.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months and provide proof of insurance with no major or frequent traffic violations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and building management controls.
