About The Position

The Technical Support Analyst at Oxford Industries provides technical customer service and support to various end-users in a distributed Microsoft365 environment. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving incidents, fulfilling user requests, and administering Microsoft 365 tasks. The position supports a hybrid/remote user base and requires flexibility during peak business periods.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of college or an Associate's degree in computer technology preferred.
  • 2+ years of working experience with computer hardware and software support.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Office365.
  • Experience supporting collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
  • Solid foundational understanding of networking & remote connectivity.
  • Experience developing knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency configuring and managing Windows 11, MacOS, and iOS hardware and software.
  • Proficiency supporting and managing enterprise print services.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical customer service and support to home office, corporate, distribution center, and retail store end-users.
  • Perform incident and problem troubleshooting and resolution on technical systems and infrastructure.
  • Fulfill and deliver user service requests.
  • Answer incoming incident tickets and calls to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Perform Microsoft 365 administration tasks including creating and deleting accounts, resetting passwords, and managing Exchange mailboxes.
  • Translate successful incident resolution steps into knowledge base documents.
  • Configure, install, and support Windows 11, MacOS, and iOS hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with senior support personnel and IT teams for troubleshooting and correcting technical problems.
  • Assist with research and implementation of new technologies.
