We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for a large, global B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues and escalation for the customer and providing technical guidance in addressing their business needs. This is a 12-month contract (Extension possible). 40 hours per week role. This position requires a hybrid schedule to sit onsite up to 2-3 days a week. This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions.
