About The Position

This position involves providing Tier 2 level support for various network devices, ensuring effective issue resolution through established processes. The role requires monitoring TAC cases for success and may involve working with OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, and Cradlepoint. The ideal candidate will have experience with MACD processes related to Cx and UC Voice technology, as well as a solid understanding of VoIP and network components.

Requirements

  • Corporate Service Desk experience supporting hardware and software from various OEMs.
  • Flexibility to take on new work assignments with varied technical and customer support responsibilities.
  • Ability to work various schedules, particularly the 3rd shift (9:30 pm ET to 6:00 pm ET).
  • Excellent corporate customer service experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Google Workspace (GSuites).
  • Demonstrated performance as a self-starter with high performance working remotely.

Nice To Haves

  • Mid-level experience with MACD processes for Cx and UC Voice technology.
  • Understanding of VoIP and network components associated with Cx and UC Voice Platforms.

Responsibilities
