About the position

The Technical Writer and Office Management Support role involves providing executive-level administrative support, developing communication strategies, and managing documentation processes. The position requires strong writing and editing skills to create materials for presentations and outreach events, as well as the ability to manage office tasks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive level support to administrative processes and routine office tasks.
  • Develop, maintain, and support the execution of communication strategies, plans, and outreach.
  • Draft written and oral talking points for executive level presentations, briefings, and marketing materials.
  • Perform technical edits and support quality reviews of documents.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute responsive and interactive digital guidance, publications, and tools across multiple platforms.
  • Liaise with division and department leadership to identify business procedures and establish documentation needs.
  • Lead the editorial reviews of formal internal and external correspondence.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Track the development and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and semiannual documents and reports.
  • Provide project management support in the development of routine and special projects.

Requirements

  • Require TS clearance
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in drafting presentations and marketing materials
  • Proficiency in technical editing and quality review processes
  • Ability to conceptualize and design digital publications and tools
  • Experience with SharePoint and other digital platforms
  • Project management skills and experience in research and analysis
