The Role Join a new Veeva product team in an exciting space, teaching our customers how to use our products. We're looking for someone to create and maintain both training and documentation materials. You would be instrumental in helping our new offering scale and grow. What You'll Do This role is responsible for creating the training and documentation deliverables of a new Veeva software offering. They will help form and build our catalog of content using Veeva best practices and technology where appropriate. Customers using the new offering require training on the software and best practices. This role is responsible for delivering a robust online help site to quickly and efficiently bring customers up to speed and then keep them updated as new features are added. A successful candidate in this role brings a strong background in user education for technical SaaS products. To be successful in this position, you will learn new skills at a quick pace to keep up with product enhancements and actively contribute to the ongoing innovation of our processes. Requirements Excellent communication (written and oral) and research skills Ability to manage your time effectively when faced with competing priorities Ability to work independently with little direct supervision Experience with Git, and Markdown language Experience using HUGO (or equivalent Static Site Generators) Experience designing and developing Enterprise software-related documentation and training Experience with rapid eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline (preferred) or Adobe Captivate Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
