Technical Writer III

About the position

The Technical Writer Operator prepares instruction manuals, how-to guides, diagrams, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily. Responsible for generating innovative ideas for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The position researches products, services, technology or concepts to be documented and easily understood by a broad audience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a field of study related to Industrial Maintenance Technology or Engineering Technology
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working as a specification writer or engineering technician
• One (1) year experience working in a professional office setting
• Proficient with computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
