Compliance Assurance: Ensure documentation complies with industry standards, such as FDA , ISO 13485 , MDR , and other relevant regulatory frameworks. Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), software developers, and healthcare professionals to gather, verify, and integrate technical information. User-Centric Documentation: Translate complex technical details into accessible content for diverse audiences, including medical practitioners, patients, and regulators. Content Management: Organize and maintain documentation repositories, ensuring up-to-date and accurate version control. Continuous Improvement: Regularly update content based on feedback, new product developments, and regulatory changes. Visual Integration: Work with graphic designers and developers to include visuals, charts, and other elements that enhance understanding. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication , Biomedical Sciences , Healthcare Technology , or related fields. 3+ years of technical writing experience in the medical industry. Proficiency in documentation tools like MadCap Flare , Adobe FrameMaker , and Microsoft Office Suite . Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 , MDR , and ISO 13485 . Strong knowledge of medical and technical terminology. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
