About the position

Zipline is on a mission to transform the way goods move, aiming to solve the world's most urgent and complex access challenges by building, manufacturing, and operating an instant delivery and logistics system that serves all humans equally. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a robust documentation system for our fast-paced operations. This includes developing manuals, operating procedures, and policies that are not only high-quality but also comply with regulatory requirements. You will have the opportunity to advocate for improvements in messaging and documentation, ensuring that all deliverables are updated on time to support our operations effectively. In this role, you will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, drawing from their expertise and experiences to create documentation that meets their needs. You will be responsible for administering the platform that users access for these documents, managing conditionalized manual variants, and ensuring that operators have access to the right set of information. Your work will require you to set a high bar for quality and accuracy, holding your communications and actions to the same standard. This position is hybrid, based out of our headquarters in South San Francisco or in Dallas, TX.
