Responsibilities

• Create technical and user help content based on information gathered from various stakeholders.
• Edit user and technical manuals for completeness and accuracy.
• Participate in the development of departmental procedures, training, and standards.
• Answer questions regarding documentation and manage distribution requests.
• Complete assigned projects on or before agreed deadlines and report accurate task status.
• Identify and communicate issues that may jeopardize project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or 4 years of comparable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong communication skills to interact with software architects and developers.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in writing documentation for a software development organization is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of the gaming industry is considered a plus.
