About the position

We are seeking an Engineering Visualization & Documentation Specialist who will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, engineering, or technical communication, and experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks. This role involves using Dassault Systèmes' Composer and Visualize software to create instruction manuals and marketing materials from CAD models. The position is open to candidates with an associate's degree plus relevant experience or a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Create Marketing Renderings per established templates
• Create renderings for E-parts store
• Create renderings from established product models
• Create product support bulletins for external customers
• Maintain organizational structure of documentation
• Complete renderings in appropriate timing
• Maintain a reasonable completion rate to manage backlog at an acceptable level
• Manage and present backlog and completion status in an easy-to-understand format
• Communicate with other departments to drive projects to completion
• Perform other duties, assignments and special projects as required

Requirements

• Experience with Graphic Design Tools/Software
• Strong Communication & Writing Skills
• Understanding of parts on a truck/hardware (e.g., Cab, Bolt, Flange)
• AAS with at least 5 years of related experience or BSME with at least 2 years of experience
• SolidWorks Composer certification
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Proven technical writing and organizational skills

Nice-to-haves

• CSWA, CSWP, Sheetmetal and drawing tools certifications
