In this role, the Technical Writer will identify the types of documents that need to be created, which may include FAQs, product manuals, software manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). They will also determine the appropriate authoring tools to be used for each project. The writer is expected to research, design, illustrate, write, revise, and edit high-quality, user-friendly print documentation and manuals for the end users of the clients. Maintaining project tasks, including checklists and managing version control, is essential to ensure compliance with the quality framework established by the organization. Stakeholder interaction is a significant aspect of this role. The Technical Writer will engage with various stakeholders, including internal teams for content writing project management and client reviews, as well as external clients and third-party OEMs or service companies for gathering content requirements and technical specifications.
