About the position

The Technical Writer position at Cella involves creating and maintaining various forms of documentation, including job aids, SOPs, process guides, and training materials. The role requires collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), process owners, and end users to ensure that all documentation is accurate and aligns with updated processes. The writer will also manage templates, create user stories in Jira, and support the semiannual attestation of documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting the end-to-end Customer journey blueprints in the organization.
• Work directly with SMEs, process owners, and end users to craft documentation, job aids, SOPs, process guides, and training guides.
• Extract relevant content from materials developed by others for the user community.
• Craft original materials as processes are updated and refined.
• Develop and maintain approved templates for documentation.
• Create user stories and support the team in developing user stories in Jira for the COP backlog.
• Support the semiannual attestation of all documented processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, process documentation, or creating user guides in a professional environment.
• Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple documentation tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly materials.
