About the position

The Technical Writer will be responsible for transforming existing technical documents into standardized templates, ensuring clarity and usability. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders to gather business requirements. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in Boston, MA for 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Transform existing documents into standard templates.
  • Enhance documents to improve readability and usability.
  • Prepare user guides based on technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with business and systems stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Understand business requirements directly from stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical writing and procedure writing for technical activities.
  • Strong skills in Visio for creating diagrams and flowcharts.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to produce quality work under deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and add value to the documentation process.
  • Comfortable engaging with and communicating with others.
