Technical Writer

About the position

We are seeking a Technical Writer for a contract position in Salisbury with a duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, particularly in the context of audio and video technologies, including MS Teams Rooms and large room setups. This role requires proficiency in ServiceNow and SharePoint to effectively document processes and create user guides.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for audio/video technologies.
• Develop user manuals and guides for MS Teams Rooms and large room setups.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Utilize ServiceNow for documentation management.
• Use SharePoint for document storage and collaboration.
