About The Position

The Class B Driver (Retail Technician) at Clean Harbors is responsible for providing comprehensive environmental services, including the collection and disposal of damaged, discarded, or recalled products. This role emphasizes health and safety, sustainability, and compliance with various regulations while driving a box truck to customer sites and managing waste materials.

Requirements

• CDL B required.
• Eligible to obtain hazmat and tanker endorsement within 6 months of hire, company paid.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Pick up, pack, and transport damaged and discarded goods management, and recalled products.
• Load, pack, and segregate materials and waste products for safe transportation.
• Drive a box truck to visit retail customer sites.
• Prepare DOT shipping documents.
• Conduct projects/jobs according to site-specific Federal, State, and local regulations and health and safety plans.
• Execute jobs at Clean Harbors customer locations, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Responsible for final preparation and approval of all projects before shipment in accordance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company policies.
