Responsibilities

  • Design high performance analog integrated circuits.
  • Conduct system, block and transistor level circuit design and simulation.
  • Supervise layout and verification processes.
  • Prepare test plans for the test team.
  • Perform design characterization, reliability and yield assessment, and modeling.
  • Conduct simulation to bench and bench to test correlation.
  • Evaluate bench performance at silicon and application levels.
  • Document design processes and results.

Requirements

  • MSEE with 12+ years or Ph.D. with 5-7+ years of experience in circuit design and development.
  • Experience in full CMOS circuit design and development, including baseband amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, high performance ADC and DAC, high speed drivers and receivers, power management, and LDO regulators.
  • Experience with 40nm and below full CMOS technology.
  • Demonstrable track record of successful design releases and mass production.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry standard EDA tools (Cadence, Mentor, etc.).
  • Experience with layout of high performance analog blocks such as ADCs and DACs.
  • Knowledge of high performance analog layout techniques, EM-IR and SOA considerations.
