Skyline Med Staff Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Portland, Oregon. This position is designed for Allied Health Professionals specializing in Cath Lab technology. The role is set to start on August 26, 2024, and will last for a duration of 13 weeks, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work schedule consists of 10-hour shifts during the day, specifically from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a travel position, this role offers the opportunity to explore new locations while providing essential healthcare services. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab setting.
• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Ensure the proper functioning of Cath Lab equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols during procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control procedures.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with advanced imaging technologies in the Cath Lab.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
