About the position

Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a position in Tucson, Arizona. This role is designed for Allied Health Professionals specializing in Cath Lab technology. The position is set to start on September 3, 2024, and will last for a duration of 13 weeks, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work schedule consists of 10-hour shifts during the day, specifically from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. As a travel position, this role offers the opportunity to work in various facilities, providing essential services in the Cath Lab environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab setting.
  • Assist in various procedures and ensure the safety and comfort of patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective care.
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment in accordance with safety standards.
  • Document patient information and procedures accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent.
  • Experience in a Cath Lab setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a clinical environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous travel experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Additional certifications in related fields.
