This position is designed for Allied Health Professionals specializing in Cath Lab technology. The role is set to start on August 26, 2024, and will last for a duration of 13 weeks, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. As a travel Cath Lab Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in various top hospitals across the country, providing essential services in the Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP), Interventional Radiology (IR), and Diagnostic Imaging fields. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab setting.
  • Assist physicians during catheterization procedures and other diagnostic tests.
  • Maintain and operate Cath Lab equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the Cath Lab.
  • Document patient information and procedures accurately in medical records.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent.
  • Experience in Cath Lab procedures and technology.
  • Strong understanding of patient care and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Electrophysiology (EP) procedures.
  • Familiarity with Interventional Radiology (IR) practices.
  • Additional certifications in related fields.
