About the position

Springboard Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Memphis, Tennessee. This position is designed for Allied Health Professionals specializing in Cath Lab technology. The role is set to start on August 12, 2024, and will last for a duration of 13 weeks, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The shifts will be 8 hours long, providing a structured work schedule for the duration of the assignment. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab setting.
  • Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for procedures.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and comfort levels during procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the Cath Lab.
  • Document patient information and procedure details accurately.

Requirements

  • Valid Cath Lab Technologist certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in Cath Lab procedures and technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Electrophysiology (EP) procedures.
  • Familiarity with Interventional Radiology (IR) practices.
  • Additional certifications in related fields.
